Partscaster Stratocaster in Shell Pink with Lace Sensor Gold Fender pickups and Fender electrics. Hand built Stratocaster-style guitar with an imported alder body, beautifully finished in shell pink and a gorgeous satin maple neck from Guitar Anatomy with particularly striking grain showing on its'modern C' profile and with a comfortable 9.5 radius.
The fabulous looks are rounded off by an all-Fender, triple-ply black scratch plate mounted with Fender original hardware and electrics, all exactly as would be found in new'Made in Mexico' models but now with a set of Lace Sensor Gold pickups installed in place of the standard Tex Mex units. The Lace Sensors make for crystal clear tone with amazing note separation and all 60 cycle hum eliminated.
Bridge and tuners are by Wilkinson and are finished to a extremely high standard, as you would expect from that brand. This baby may not have been built in Ensenada, but it has every ounce of the Stratocaster sound you're looking for in a completely original and custom built package. The LS pickups provide all the options you could wish for and in combination with the high quality body and neck materials this guitar really has plenty of bite and chime.
The guitar was assembled in Jan 2022 and is strung and set up with brand new Ernie Ball Turbo Slinkys. An original, unbranded, hand built one-off. I hand build these guitars for fun, with great care and always using best quality components. They are fitted with Ernie Ball strings and are rigorously set up to deliver great tone and performance.
