The long tenon set-neck construction, combining a three-piece centre block agathis body with fast-playing maple neck, and a direct mount Tune-O-Matic bridge, creates a solid platform for you to build your Esprit V's tone. The twin double coil Esprit V is a classic rock layout, nodding towards tradition, then adding versatility. The reverse string tension and twin WHHBs give the Esprit V a huge range of tones. Master volume and master tone add to the dynamic and tonal range, while the Fret-King Vari-coil allows each of the pickups to be wound progressively back to single coil. The Vari-coil and traditional three way toggle switch allows permutations unavailable outside of Fret-King.
