Eastcoast electric guitar/new strings & pro set up/ great for beginner/Strat

Eastwood electric guitar/new strings & set up/ great for beginner/learning/Strat. Guitar has been professionally set up and now has a smooth low action that is easy to play. The frets are level with no jagged edges. Fretboard has been treated with lemon oil and guitar has been restrung with Ernie ball. Guitar comes with start a selection of picks and a chord book.

There is a small chip on edge of Guitar. And a couple of small marks/scratches that don't really show up(see photos).
